Refund & Return Policy

At EcoFriend, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ecofriend72@gmail.com with photos and order details.
